When you’re looking for a Brooklyn Realtor who will make your goals her own, call me, Cindy RiveraIf you need a New York Realtor who will put the joy in your real estate journey, look no further.

I provide 100% Commitment. I am committed to providing you with the highest level of personal service, not only for today but for a lifetime! Your satisfaction and subsequent referrals are the core of my future business. I specialize first and foremost, in providing the highest level of customer service possible in the real estate business.

Born and raised in East New York Brooklyn, no one knows their neighborhood like I do. I am interested in bringing luxury living to this area and build a diverse and safer family environment. I am extremely passionate about the history and architecture of this community, because it still holds that New York flair.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was a Property Management Consultant in Manhattan with an organization called Rent Stabilization Association in 2006, helping property owners manage their buildings and tenants.

After the market crashed in 2010, I was determined to create a property management service independently. I provided excellent customer care service to my clients and tenants. I also completed other administrative duties such as: annual rent registration, property registration, window guard/ lead paint notifications, fire safety programs, and Lease renewal services. My goal was helping many property owners and agents successfully manage and maintain their building and tenants without leaving their office.

In 2011, I became a property manager for L Rose Realty in Green point Brooklyn where I managed 31 buildings all in Brooklyn.  By the end of 2015 I’ve worked on several management assignments with different management companies and individual property owners.

Working in East New York has been a great experience, because now I’m shedding light on a neighborhood that was looked down upon because of its high crime rates, but I truly believe that change is taking place and I am thrilled to be a part of it. I was certified by the department of state to be a licensed realtor for the New York State. After making that step, one of the best joys of this career path is helping individuals find a place to call their home.  I am looking forward to seeing East New York flourish into its full potential, bringing in new affordable developments and welcoming open-minded owners that are willing to come together to make this neighborhood the best place to live in
